This 12 day expedition is a combination of rafting and site-seeing the great region of Zanskar which is the eastern part of Jammu and Kashmir in India. The expedition begins with air flight to Srinagar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. We will travel into the valley of Zanskar where our river expedition trip will start on the Stod River down the spectacular Zanskar gorge. We finish the expedition spending a couple of days in Leh visiting ancient monasteries and viewing breathtaking sites of Leh. This river trip is one of the best multi day trips in the world.
